Halloween – the day after

AVAILABLE ALSO IN: Italian

Goooood morning!!

How was your night? Mine was amazing. I have to tell you that for us it is a very special night because we don’t really celebrate Halloween in Italy. We do now a little bit but there is no real “trick or treating”.
So going around with the kids with all these decorated houses and adorable kids, great customes….it is magical for me.
I really love this because it I feel like in a movie. Yes, because we always only saw that in a movie.
If I had to think at Halloween, I always thought at “E.T.”. THAT was Halloween for me.
And the moment we moved here…it became real thing, so you can actually imagine my excitement!

My kids were dressed up as George Washington (or Mozart or Benjamin Franklin or Mozart…or whatever you like) and Flamenco dancer and now we have all those candies that I have to hide.
I found out that our neighborhood here in San Francisco is pretty famous for the Trick or treat and I enjoyed some stations with the wine for the grown ups and some very well decorated houses.
We’re in Noe Valley and all the merchants on 24th street are open to distribute candies..so fun!

So the kids are at home now….they definitely went to bed too late (my bad) but we all had an amazing evening.
Hope you had lots of fun too!
