This year I really thought about it. I mean I just turned 40…I know pretty shockin huh? Well so I thought that this year I wanted to celebrate the BEAUTY of the moms.

You know that kind of Beauty that our kids kids see in us. The moment they come and tell us “ You are the most beautiful mom in the world ” with that glance in the eyes and their sweet smiles…And you really feel the prettiest woman in the entire world!

So here you go. I draw these decorations thinking of our beauty and I hope you like it.
Perfumes, make up, red like love, sweets….everything to tell “Mom you are so beautiful!”.

I want to give you the cute card for free and you can download it at the end of the page.
And the whole kit will be available for only 5,50 $ in my shop and those money (minus etsy fees) will be donated to UNICEF to help the kids in Nepal.

Annie, the party

The new Annie movie was out last december but we were able to go watch it a couple of weeks ago.

When I was a kid I remember watching that old movie over and over again and I still know all the words of the songs and I remember playing with my sister and singing the ITALIAN version of the “Sun will come out tomorroooooow!”. I love that movie!
To be honest with you I didn’t like this new version that much. It is fun, the remake of some of the songs are nice and there are some funny scenes. The little Annie has the same fun and sneaky face as the “old” red headed one of the first movie and Jamie Fox is seriusly funny.
Still I didn’t loved it. It is not one of those movie you want to watch again and again and again.

The thing is I was really excite about this movie because Eboness of Sheer Bliss Designs involved me in her Annie Party project. She totally nailed it and could recreate the funny and colorful atmosphere of the movie.
I was happy to take part of this party and create the die cut toppers (the clouds with the sun and the jumping annie) and the Jumping Annie Centerpiece .
